Indonesian Vanilla in Ginger Spirits

Indonesian vanilla beans are woody and smoky. They arrive in bundles and look long and skinny, but they pack great flavor. We pair these Grade A beans with our Ginger Spirits. Fresh ginger is roughly chopped and left to infuse in better vodka. Then we put this spicy brew on top of gorgeous beans from Indonesia. It's a magical combination. Great in cocktails, mixed into vinaigrette, and in our shortbread cookies.
