We are excited to offer pancake and waffle flour mix based on the historical recipe from the last owners of the 1898 Smoky Valley Roller Mills. “Smoky Valley Best” Traditional Pancake Flour
Rediscovered in a 1940s recipe notebook, this Traditional Pancake Flour is based on the original recipe of Clarence and Arthur Runbeck, the last owners of the Smoky Valley Roller Mills in Lindsborg, Kansas (1934–1955). Made with all-natural ingredients, this premium mix makes delicious pancakes and waffles, with instructions also included for thinner, traditional Swedish-style pancakes. Enjoy with butter and syrup, or add lingonberry preserves for a classic Swedish touch. Made in Kansas and proudly produced in the USA, the mix has an 18–24 month shelf life.
