About Black Dog Salsas and Pepper Jellies
Emporia, Kansas
Rhonda worked alongside her grandma working in the garden and canning fruits and vegetables. When she had a garden of her own, she began to experiment making different salsas and jellies. Rhonda has created many unique sweet and spicy flavors like her Peach Rukus made of peaches, mangoes, jalapenos, and Kentucky bourbon and her Habanero Bar Fight Jelly made with fresh blueberries, blackberries, habaneros, and Kentucky bourbon. Produce Peach salsa and regular salsa plus a variety of pepper jellies in jalpeno and habanero heat round out the collection.
