The Pope's Choice

In the year 1600 Pope Clement VIII, against the will of his advisors and peers, blessed coffee and encouraged its consumption. In homage to his daring, we've named our house blend and flagship drip coffee The Pope's Choice. Though the coffees in the blend will change from time to time, The Pope's Choice is roasted to always feature tasting notes of milk chocolate, toasted almond and a light, red grape acidity. Currently, this coffee is comprised of Guatemala Yepocapa. The Pope's Choice is a fantastic coffee for drip or pour-over brewing methods.
