Kenzee loved cooking so many things, but making sauce with her dad was one of her favorites. The sauce recipe has been in our family for generations, and is made with the finest hand-picked produce, locally sourced and ripened to perfection.
Kenzee’s EVERYTHING Sauce is great on omelets or breakfast burritos! Makes an amazing snack over cream cheese and crackers, even better with her rub smoked on the cream cheese. Add it as a flavor enhancer to main or side dishes, great in meatloaf, goulash, or even mac n cheese, and you’ll take your favorite food to the next level. Kenzee’s family’s favorite snack is a spoonful of sauce, a piece of cheese and a slice of summer sausage on a cracker.
MKC’s Rub is bold and full of flavor. Kenzee loved making everything from scratch and creating her own flavors. She loved the heat, sweet combo, so MKC’s rub is sweet with a little heat and blended with the finest ingredients. Our rub is most popular on chicken or pork, but is also wonderful sprinkled on dishes to add extra flavor. The longer you let it set, the hotter it gets. Our family’s favorite way to use the rub is to score a bar of cream cheese, coat with the rub and smoke on low heat for 2 hours. Then spread the smoked cream cheese on a cracker with a spoonful of Kenzee’s Everything Sauce, it’s amazing.
